Architectural Committee
The Architectural Committee is responsible for enforcing covenants and approving changes to homes. All changes to the fronts of properties must be submitted for review. We will meet as a committee to alter or approve plans as quickly as possible. Changes made with out approval are subject to fines and may also be asked to make changes.
