Happy Spring Durango HOA

Each year, the HOA conducts a neighborhood inspection, where any visible aspects of home upkeep from the street are assessed. Homeowners will receive notifications regarding necessary changes to ensure the community maintains its aesthetic appeal and adheres to the HOA covenants.

Keeping the Community Looking Good

We prioritize maintaining healthy-looking lawns in our community by advocating for proper watering and fertilizing. Consistently caring for your lawn contributes significantly to upholding our HOA covenants. Thank you to both homeowners and renters for your additional efforts in this regard.

Summer of 2024

BE safe, Look twice

Summer brings increased activity with walkers, runners, bikers, and children playing, especially with the proximity to the park. Let's all remain vigilant and drive cautiously during these busy summer days.

This year, we're initiating a fall harvest event. As the weather may be on the chillier side, remember to bundle up and join us for some warm drinks and dessert with your neighbors. If the weather permits, we'll also carve pumpkins and pick apples from our trees.

REMINDERS

Trash Day
MONDAY

Trash collection occurs every Monday unless it falls on a holiday, in which case it will be postponed to the following day. Please ensure that your trash cans are brought in off the street and sidewalk by the end of the day on trash day. If you are unable to do so, please make appropriate accommodations.
